AUGZET ENGINEERSNOVEMBER 2026

November content

Posts, captions, the filming plan and Google profile updates.

The month can keep moving without new filming. If you record one of the planned reels, we can use it and carry the related carousel forward.

Enphase describes IQ Gateway Fusion as an India-market system for IQ8 microinverters, combining a gateway, relay and power socket. Its published limit is up to 3,680 W per unit; this is not a guarantee of that output in every sunlight condition. UPS pairing can extend backup through solar charging, but compatibility and loads need checking. Any after-dark backup comes from stored energy in a separate supported arrangement, not sunlight from Fusion alone. Planning solar or electrical work? Message Augzet Engineers to discuss your requirements.

Two proposals can name the same system size and still describe different equipment and work. Ask each installer to list the exact models, the installation scope, possible extra charges and the warranty process. Compare the gross price on the same basis; keep any expected subsidy separate from what you must pay and when. A lower total is useful only when you know what it covers. Building a home or planning rewiring? A useful electrical handover should leave you with a record you can find and understand later. Ask for final drawings, an identifiable circuit list and test records, then keep a digital copy. If the wiring changes, have the record updated too. Planning solar or electrical work? Message Augzet Engineers to discuss your requirements.

An existing home inverter and a standard on-grid solar inverter have different jobs. Going solar does not, by itself, tell you whether your existing backup equipment should stay or be replaced. While the grid is available, solar can help meet household demand while your existing backup inverter charges normally. During a cut, standard on-grid solar disconnects. Before accepting a proposal, ask which equipment stays, which loads will work during a power cut, and whether solar can recharge the backup battery during that cut. Get the answers for your proposed configuration in writing. Compatibility and the backup arrangement matter. Planning solar or electrical work? Message Augzet Engineers to discuss your requirements.

Automatic shutdown during a grid outage can be normal behaviour for standard on-grid solar. It is a safety function, not by itself evidence of failed panels. Systems designed for isolated backup are a different configuration. If power-cut supply matters to you, have the proposed loads and operating limits explained before agreeing to the system. Planning solar or electrical work? Message Augzet Engineers to discuss your requirements.

A long panel warranty is not a promise that every part of your solar system will be repaired free for the same number of years. Check the panel’s product warranty and performance warranty separately. Then check the inverter, any battery and the installation cover. Labour, transport, removal and refitting may have their own terms. Before choosing a system, ask who handles a claim and which repair costs are included. Ask us to explain the warranty and service cover in your proposal. Planning solar or electrical work? Message Augzet Engineers to discuss your requirements.

Battery capacity and power output answer different questions. Energy capacity is measured in kWh—the same unit used on your electricity bill. Power output, measured in kW, limits what the system can supply at once. For outage backup, also check that the proposed system is configured for it and that the named circuits and appliance starting demands are covered. Tell the installer which appliances you need during a cut and ask how long the proposed system can run them. Planning solar or electrical work? Message Augzet Engineers to discuss your requirements.

02 / FILMING PLAN

November filming plan

The original message and schedule shared earlier.

here’s what im thinking for november content, most of these are questions people already ask you before they buy, so you answer them once on camera and half the explaining is done before they even call Tue 3 Nov, Site reel, “What goes on a sheet roof before the solar panels?” i can make this with the clips you sent Fri 6 Nov, Enphase, you film, “already have an inverter, can it work with solar?” (film by Wed 4) Tue 10, you film, what 3 kW solar really costs after subsidy (film by Sat 7) Fri 13, Electrical, you film, what a licensed engineer checks before handing over wiring, at a panel board (film by Tue 10) Tue 17, Enphase, you film, power cut series 1, why normal solar switches off in a cut (film by Sat 14) Fri 20, Site visit, you film, walk through a site visit, bill, roof, shade, KSEB connection (film on any site visit that week) Tue 24, Customer story, a November customer and you at their system, why they chose it Fri 27, Enphase, you film, power cut series 2, “What keeps working in a daytime cut” (Fusion only). Part 3, night backup with hybrid, opens December I’ll brief you on each one, it’ll just be you explaining it like you would to a customer on site, the stuff most installers don’t bother explaining. Don’t worry about sound or getting it perfect, we’ll clean up the audio, add captions and edit it Do you think we can get this done?

03 / GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE

Google profile updates

Four work updates using Augzet’s project photographs.

MONDAY / 9 NOVEMBER

Sheet-roof mounting work

Mounting work on a sheet roof at one of our solar sites. This photograph shows the mounting points in place before the rails and panels are fitted.

MONDAY / 16 NOVEMBER

On site with the drawings

Reviewing the drawings while the building is still under construction. A moment from our electrical site work. Alongside installation and supervision, we prepare drawings for handover so the owner has a record of the electrical installation.

MONDAY / 23 NOVEMBER

A completed installation in Kottayam

A rooftop view of one of our completed solar installations in Kottayam. This home chose a hybrid system because power cuts and unreliable supply were part of the problem it needed to solve.

MONDAY / 30 NOVEMBER

The equipment behind the panels

Inside the same Kottayam installation: the hybrid inverter, battery and associated electrical equipment. The panels on the roof are one part of the job. This is the solar-and-storage equipment installed at the home.
